I am going to make my first ever pedometer step goal 3,000 steps per day for 30 days, so 90,000 steps for the month. (Last month, I did not wear the pedometer for 7 of the 31 days, so hopefully, I will make it, and then raise my goal for next month.) This seemed like a reasonable starting point.
Oh, and on the daily review thing, I am having trouble with figuring out the thing I have to forgive myself for.
