Starting just a little late but I'll still consider this the beginning of the month. Today is my first day back to work after taking off to prepare and do a garage sale. The garage sale was successful. I made over $425 and what I didn't sell was hauled off to Good Will.
I have decided that today is the first day of the week and the day I am going to log everything I eat for an entire two weeks. I have always done pretty good about logging except for weekends. My goal is to stay with it throughout the weekends so that I can reach my goals.
I will exercise every work day during my lunch period and go to the gym as often as possible. My daughter started track and her first meet is tomorrow so I will miss the class I usually attend on Tuesday nights. She is a Junior and soon, there will be no activities to attend so I plan to attend all I can.
Drink minimum of 10 - 8 oz glasses of water every day
Consume minimum of 3 servings of fruit each day
Consume minimum of 3 servings of vegetables each day
Keep entire intake within recommended ranges each day
Exercise minimum of 30 minutes each day
Get at least 7 hours sleep every day
I know that if I can stick to these small goals for an entire month, then I can slowly add more in May and gradually more as each becomes a normal habit.
