P90X Start Date: 4/4/11

Okay, so I have decided to do P90X again. I borrowed my brother's DVD's today and will start tomorrow. I have started the diet today, and so far so good! I have decided to do P90X again because over the past year and a half, I have gotten completely out of shape. I gained about 20 pounds (or so) and lost a good amount of muscle. I'm not nearly as strong and lean as I used to be, and no matter how I try, I can't get back there. I worked out and ate clean for AT LEAST a complete month, and NOTHING. When I say nothing, I mean NOTHING. I didn't lose any weight or fat or anything. Time to make some serious changes!

    Have you done it before? I have them, and started and stopped. I felt the pain - which was probably good..but I didn't stick with it to see the results!
