Weight up a pound this week - not surprising, my eating was pretty bad -- too much snacking.
I could pretty much just repeat last week's blog, except I didn't get stuck in front of my house... Instead, I'm parking about half a block away where it's not so muddy -- I get in a bit of exercise that way.
Rain, snow, and wind last night -- warmer today, but still windy.
It is time to start tomatoes and peppers inside for my garden, but with a lot of snow still on the ground, I haven't been in a big hurry. I have an amaryllis and a Christmas cactus blooming, this weather is confusing them, too.
There is now getting to be a lot less snow and a lot more water!! I just checked my basement and had to take the plug out of the drain to let the accumulated water drain away. So far it isn't too bad.
The week's goals and results ---
Track food - Tracked 4 or 5 days
Eat within calorie ranges -- Was over every day -- by just 2 calories one of the days, more the rest of the time -- need to stay away from the snacks at work!!!
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week --- Got it!!! Just three times, though.
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times ---- still lacking on the upper bady -- have a sore shoulder so I didn't do any arm workouts
64 oz of water, not just fluids -- got this every day/
Blog at least once a week -- here's this week's
Next week -- the same until I get them all
