Here's the plan to get ready for the 5K (3 miles) Heart Walk on September 24th:
On Sundays I will walk (right now that means a seated version of a Walking DVD):
April ~ 1 mile every Sunday
May ~ 1.5 mile (walking outside w/ walker) " "
June ~ 2 miles " "
July ~ 2.5 miles " "
August & September 3 miles every Sunday
