Looks like the last time I was here was last Sunday. I need to up the blogging.

On the good side, I just finished Week 2, Day 3 of C25K. Slow and plodding, but I'm sticking with it.

Also...spent a good part of yesterday cleaning out the fridge, planning food for the week (something I don't usually do), and shopping for that food.
Planning everything out for the week seems like it's setting me up for some success on the food front.
Aside from the bonus of saving some dollars with the planning, I can anticipate what's coming next food-wise. That leaves little room for wandering food thoughts (not always in the spark-healthy vein).

    food planning is the best! I'm starting this week with zero planning and very little groceries, but I'm going to try to get right back in the saddle from vacation with no "tomorrow I'll start" lag.
