It's been more than one year since I met my goal and I am still keeping the weight off. Here are a few things that I have learned about myself:

1. I am still a work in progress
2. It's ok to be a little hungry
3. I don't have to kill myself at the gym with long cardio sessions
4. Calories are King
5. I need strength training
6. No food is good or bad.
7. Maintaining is hard sometimes.
