Goals for April

Well since it's the first day of a new month, here is what I'm going to concentrate on:
*Eating Clean with an 80/20 balance. Balance is good for everything in life and I'm trying to find balance in my eating.
*Stay within my calorie ranges. I tend to not put EVERYTHING I eat, but this month, I plan on tracking everything I eat while staying within my calorie range.
*Get rid of my gym membership: i never go to the gym. I usually use DVDs, which are much more fun. And since its about to get warm outside, I'm going to start running outside. The gym is a waste of money.
*Listen to my body: If my body is sore, I should give myself a rest day without feeling guilty.
*Workout at least 5x a week
*Stay happy: I'm getting happier and happier by the day and I plan to keep it this way. I won't let anyone steal my happy!
