The activity of worrying keeps you immobilized.

It makes no sense to worry about things you have no control over because there's nothing you can do about them, and why worry about things you do control? The activity of worrying keeps you immobilized. Wayne Dyer

It takes a lot of energy to worry and it is exhausting! I usually say that I'm a worrier by nature, but then again I'm slowly realizing that believing that statement reinforces my paralysis. It still gives me the excuse to live in fear and not move forward. I was just thinking about this early this morning, so I was happy finding your blog. Good reminder to focus all that energy in positive places.
