I have a confession I have not really been trying to lose weight for a few months and have gained a few pounds back (15 actually) I just felt so much better after losing 80 lbs. I started being more social and just kinda set all the diligence aside. So, I am going to join a gym and get more active, and start paying more attention to my food choices and portion sizes. I also need to get more sleep if I can. But I am going to continue to be active socially. I did not realize how much I missed that or how important it is. No more hiding at home making excuses why I cant do stuff or have friends and family outings.
Well last wk I had a scare. My blood pressure was dropping really low. I was getting dizzy a lot and fell. I went to the doc and he sent me to a cardiology who ran several test. Turns out I no longer need as high a dose of high blood pressure meds as I use to. so now I cut them in half. Hopefully I can get off them completely soon. He gave the ok to join a gym for water aerobics so I went a bought me a swimsuit. the one I had was a 26 and falls off of me I was able to buy an 18
