It's the little things that add up to big results

The old say about little changes making for big results is true. March was my month of little changes and it worked in my favor I lost FIVE pounds from March 2nd to March 31st. Total of 3 inches (was hoping for more but I take what I can get) BMI is just hanging by a thread to the overweight number) .

Finally fit into a pair of jeans I purchased back in 2009 and the waist has room on them (and I never got to wear them) emoticon

What changes made the difference it was purchasing a new digital food scale , yes me weighing & measuring all of my food once again. ( I absolutely hate doing so ) I also rewarded myself with a heart rate monitor which I LOVE no more accidentally hitting the reset button on the pedometer emoticon. When at the laundry mat doing the wash I no longer sit & read I go for a walk while the wash is washing and drying. Was a slow go back to the gym regularly after work / or on my days off form work when not able to make gym I hop on my TL Gazelle Edge and get a workout in.

I also had my hair cut this month its shorter still wear it in a ponytail Now if I could only see the results in a photo would be great.

So really it is the small stuff that counts
