OK - another OK day - started out great but I faltered this evening - gotta find a way to not do the munchie thing before dinner is ready - one can do a good deal of damage in a short period of time.

Got 20 minutes of cardio - my focus is NOT cardio - thank God and only adding it so that I have exercise every day.

It was not a disaster day but still room for improvement! Keep on fighting the good fight!!

Work was a lot better - that always helps!!

    You did something great and cardio is still good for you...

    I'm two days behind since I just got back from a three day trip. Have you downloaded the Nike fit iphone app? I love the Nike Inc app I downloaded, it has video samples of different exercises based on what your goal is. LOVE IT!
