Has anyone read Alicia Silverstone's The Kind Diet? Well, I highly recommend it. The recipes are fantastic. She takes clean eating vegan approach to weight loss, which I love. Her approach to exercise is fairly different.
Personally I've always felt that if I don't sweat profusely and exhaust myself, then its simply not a workout. Alicia feels that even exercise should be "kind" and a long walk in the park is a more natural and effective workout.
Any thoughts on this? Does working out HAVE to be physically tiring?
