Well, NOW I've done it! This morning I signed up to participate in a 1/2 mile walk next week for the American Heart Association! So, now I'm in training!!!
As I'm still using a walker, training consists of me doing my "Chair Workouts": Stretching/Yoga on M,W,F & Cardio/Strength on T,H,Sa. Clearly, its NO marathon, but hey, for me, its a GIANT step forward!
