Why is it you can get on track, and be eating correctly and moving and burning cal's and loosing the fat they way you have planned, and then ....................
FALL OFF TRACK SO HARD.
upside, have not gained back the weight, but am stuck in a rut.
EMOTIONS & STRESS, can take over and make me forget my new life style choices.
I think it isn't the eating that gets off track, but I stopping burning cal.
OK, still trying to MOVE,
so where have i been? for valentines day i received two puppies ..
while they make me laugh and bring ton's of joy. have mercy, It is taking care of twins that are trying to eat my house while running full speed and i am trying to keep up.
I look forward to the snow melting and being able to bring the dog pack hiking in the woods!
yesterday the snow melted enough that i was able to see parts of my rock steps in my flower garden. so I was Blessed enough to sit out on them and soaked up the sun while tiring the pack out.
Looking to get back on track..
Today one of my son's is moving to another state,
so many thoughts swimming through my mind..
But i will not let it stop me from moving,
for starteds i am goingto go help him fill up the u haul.
