Slowly getting back on track!!!

Ok, so since Sunday I have walked everyday 3 miles, with the exception of Sunday and I walked 2 miles. I am starting to feel a little better and my blood sugars (while no where near where they need to be have started coming down a little...PRAISE!), are getting better. I just need to tweak my nutrition and keep up the exercise. I REALLY want to reach my goal THIS YEAR! As I am sooooooo tired of saying next year I'll do better. I am going to do better NOW! For me~~~so I will feel better and be more healthy and look better...BUT I am doing it for ME!
Because I am worth it!!
