I'm Finally Showing Full Body Pictures. My first week Progress.

I unofficially started a challenge with two wonderful Sparkers. Not the same plan, but at least it's a plan! I have not shown my lower body in pictures for 14 months. That was when I came down with bacterial meningitis and was hospitalized for two weeks and had months of recovery after. I left the hospital around 113 pounds and I've been around 125 since three months after that. So I am the same weight as before the hospital, but the ratio of muscle to fat on my body is not the same and I can feel it and see it.
So this is my plan to feel comfortable this summer in a bathing suit. PLEASE feel free to share any comments on getting my lower body in shape. I do squats, deadlifts, walking lunges. I don't belong to the gym for the first time in a long time, so I need at home exercises with or without dumbbells. Honestly I like the upper half of me, it's the bottom that is a pain in the rear!!!
Here is my 46 year old body, head to toe!
