Gettin' out of the Funk!

After a long 2 weeks of slacking off, I am back in action! emoticon Instead of starting off slowly, like I normally would, I jumped in the deep end! As of yesterday I made it to the grocery store, stocked up on all good/healthy things to eat, worked my booty off at my step class, stayed within in calorie range, AND drank 10 cups of water!

As of today... I am on track with calories, I will be going to zumba tonight, and I already have 8 cups of water down! I told my husband that I'm starting to feel like a water balloon!

I'm so glad I was able to find my way back!! As I was looking at my page today, I realized that I am only 1 pound away from my first goal of losing 5% (12 pounds) by April 1st! How exciting is that?!?!?!? I have to make these next 2 days count if I want to hit that goal!

Thank you to my awesome sparkfriend, REBECCATKD, and the DONE girls!! I'm so thankful for the support that I've gotten to pick me up out of this funk! emoticon

We're a good team -- remember, you're the one who told me to work out first and put on the slippers later. emoticon And on that note, I'm heading downstairs to get on the treadmill...But before I go, here's one more kudos to you for allowing yourself a few days off before coming back with a renewed determination. emoticon
