Whew - Work OUT Time!!

Today I picked up one of my old VHS tapes - Dance Your Butt Off! I didn't realize how much I used to work out. This really made me sweat - felt good and was a nice change to just walking. I love the variety of dance, walk, tai chi, and then dance again.
No matter what you do it works - just move and enjoy yourself. I have a treadmill but it gets tiresome so now soon we can spend more time outside.
