Believe in Yourself

(***Spoiler Alert*** ..... to last night's episode of the Biggest Loser)

Last night during the Biggest Loser Rulon at around 300 pounds does a full hand stand against the wall. It took him many tries but he finally did it. He was scared and it took a lot of encouragement from Bob, but he mustered up that courage and was able to do a full hand stand.

I related a lot to Rulon for many reasons last night. I too, get scared of the things I may be able to do. A lot of it is thinking that I can't do it and failing at it. The other part is hurting or injuring myself. I don't want to go through life being scared to try new things. I want to be be like Rulon and do a full hand stand.

But how do you get over the fear?

You get over the fear by trying it out. And you keep trying until you get it right. Never give up on your abilities, because you can do so much! Believe in yourself!

So who is with me........ want to be like Rulon and find the courage?

That was really cool when he did that! I will have to think of something I'm "Scared" to do... I'm sure that list is pretty long when I sit and think about it. Then i will do my best to cross something off of it! emoticon

Many days when I feel that way - some days I need a push and some days I gut it out. We can do it!
