Springing it Up a Notch in April

I haven't been very active on the SP site lately because I haven't been doing all that I need to do. Can we say "ashamed"? I guess I don't want my SP friends to see how bad I'm doing. Well, maybe I shouldn't say bad. I have maintained my weight loss pretty well, which is better than I've done in the past by gaining it back. I just haven't been taking the extra intiative to lose more weight. emoticon

So I decided that I am going to do another month like I did in January (when Diva went hard). Since April is the month notorious for the spring season, I'm going to call this month's personal challenge to myself emoticon"Diva Springing It Up" emoticon. It will be basically the same thing that I did in January - planning my meals/snacks correctly and making time for exercise no matter what. I am also going to my 'finance diet' too where I don't spend any extra monies. (The finance diet is just as difficult for me emoticon since I LOVE to buy shoes).

Tomorrow (April Fool's Day of course LOL), I will begin my 30-day journey and update once a week.

I am very open to suggestions and encouragement along the way.

    Thanks Cheryl_Lynne! I try to make an excuse of not having time but it takes hardly any time to use the trackers so I can at least do that when my time is short. I appreciate the encouragement. emoticon

    I think it's great that you are maintaining. But you can't let the little break go too long! I need Spark People every day to keep reminding me what I'm trying to accomplish. Don't stop coming because of guilt, gawd knows we all on Sparks are not perfect otherwise we wouldn't have to be here!
