Week 6, Day 36; I must be doing something right.

So far I am just 1 lb behind on my 10 lb/10 week program (if I can even call it that). Since it's not a lofty goal there's a lot of room for my mood- and food-swings. There are definitely times where I am eating cookies (I made some peanut butter cookies for a birthday party) and I even have room for wine and sake. And I'm still losing weight. Very slowly, mind you, but of course the point is that I am losing weight at all.
So in exciting news, my (pregnant) colleague has lent me her p90x. I keep reading about it on other people's blogs and I'm all like, damn I want to get in on that! So I mentioned it at work one day and she says, oh yea I have that. So now it is in my possession and since I have an hour of privacy before D gets home today I will go ahead and give it a go. I'm not gonna lie: I'm a little scared. It has been a long while since I have physically challenged myself. But I really have to get back on the ball with working out regularly. Right now it's kind of sporadic and trust me when I tell you that I can feel the difference.
