March 29, Day 2

I really had to push myself to do a half hour on the treadmill today. Last night I was able to sleep in bed rather than sitting in the armchair, but I still felt lousy when I got up. Today wound up being a water day and I walked around Walmart for 2 hours as I hadn't been in about a month.
I didn't get on the treadmill until close to 9:30 pm. BUT I did it. Hopefully it will get easier for me as time goes on. Whether it gets easier or not I'm going to complete this 100 day challenge.
The days I feel better, I'll do WATP. When I feel lousy I'll use the treadmill as anyone can trudge along forever. Today I did 30 min of 3 mph, but hopefully that will improve as well.
I did buy myself two blouses on sale as a treat rather than anything else. They are 100% cotton and seem nice and cool. They will be nice to put on in the evening if summer ever gets here and I pick up some sun.
