Let's get planning.

Holy stressed out school time, Batman.

It is time for a new goal, a new body and a whole lotta stress. My workout plan for the week will have to be slowed down since I only have 5 weeks left in this semester and may be having a nervous breakdown.

Sunday - Does man candy time count?
Monday - Hauling a 28 pound backpack from the parking lot to class and by the end of the day it was 38 pounds. It's about a mile hike from parking lot to the first class, .2 miles from 1st class to second, another .2 miles to the third class, .3 to the library and then .75 back to my car. I hate hiking with a giant bag like no other.

Tuesday - similar to Monday, only without the 8 extra books or the laptop. Holy moly! Plus, I shall be all over my bike tomorrow 30 minutes. (Does grocery shopping count as a workout?)

Wednesday - Monday take two, minus the books again. Do the 28 day challenge workout and 10 minutes on the bike.

Thursday - school hike, again. 30 minutes of biking.

Friday - School lite. Only one class (hallelujah), 28 day workout, 10-30 minutes of biking fun, nap then it's off to work I go.

Saturday, I sleep from 8a-3(4)p and then work on homework...

BONUS: For bonus points, write a blog about 5 people that motivate or inspire you to lose weight, and share some of the reasons you picked. them.

MiracleinSixty - She and I have very similar stories, only she has ROCKED and I'm really good at making excuses. She's always been amazingly motivational and I'm going to try and make her proud of me this time. :)

Grace - who is my now 5 year old niece. She's hilarious, and incredibly honest. She's the one who asked me (at age 3) why I have such a big fat belly if I don't have a baby in there. Yep, instant motivation right there.

Dead Mommy - She always encouraged her kids to live their lives to the fullest. She may have been taken away far too young (Get tested for cancer and NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER accept a d*** doctor's "wait and see" approach). I want to make her proud of me.

My un-conceived children - Yeah, I know they don't exist yet, but they are the reason I need get and stay dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. I want to be as awesome as my mom was, so this whole 6 chin thing needs to go. Now.

Husband - He's so cute and I love him lots. I want to get back to my hot little shape I was in when we first got married, so he'll still think I'm as amazing as ever and wants to do fun things... or he thinks we should go hiking in the caves of Carlsbad. Either way, he's worth it.

YOU ARE A FREAKING ROCKSTAR. you are doing your strength training and your cardio at the same time! and seriously, you have a lot more stuff going on in your life than I do, that's ALL. plus you live with a boy. and they eat EVERYTHING in the world and make everyone around them want to join in. and my dead mommy agrees with your dead mommy about the "wait and see" thing - makes you wanna punch the doctor, doesn't it?

I think one of the keys to successful weight loss is to have a plan. But I also think that it's easier to maintain those kinds of changes when the physical fitness is part of your every day activities. And it sure sounds like you have that part down!
