It's Monday and a new week. It's going to be a busy week as everyday there is something going on. I planned my meals for the week so I know in advance just what to do. (I hope I feel like eating what I have planned, lol). I had slacked on my exercise for the past 2 days, doing only 20 mins of formal exercise but today I am back to anything over 30 mins. I'm going to make the effort this week to be sure that I do do at least 30 mins a day. If I do it first thing in the morning, it's better for me and it gets it over with so I can go on with my day.

I am pleased that I have a small 3 lb range that I fluctuate in, never gaining any more than that but then again not losing either. I think this is another body adjustment to the big loss I just had. I'll take the adjustment and not give up doing what I know is best. It's going to be a great week!
