I'm so excited!

In one month I lost 17 pounds. emoticon

I do really good during the week as far as eating the right food (portions) and drinking my water emoticon. During the weekend, it gets a little bit harder. I don't exactly keep the same schedule, but I try.

Tried my bosses Wii Fit Friday night. . . . LOVED IT! emoticon. So I went out and bought my own the very next day. I love the hoola hoop. Sure does make exercising fun! I thought I would like Yoga, not so much, but will keep trying it.

    Woo Hoo!!!!! You are doing soooo good! The boxing is a great upper body exercise too. I don't like the yoga, but there are so many other things to do! emoticon

    Thanks for the rec on Wii Fit. I've got a Wii and have been contemplating getting that for it.

    Weekends are always tougher for me too. It sounds like you must be weathering them pretty well.

    Wii Fit is great, especially on rainy days. There are so many fun exercises you can do. You will grow to like it more and more as you use it. It even counts the days you use, and don't use it. (a little big brotherish). Enjoy!
