Plan for the week: Recommit and Reenergize!

That's right! Here's the plan:

1. I will track everything that goes in my mouth this week! Anyone want to hold me accountable for that and check up on my trackers?

2. Workout schedule:
Sunday: Bike/CrossRamp +Arms ST (Done)
Monday: 3 mile run (Done)
Tuesday: Elliptical/Stairstepper +Core ST
Wednesday: 3 mile run
Thursday: Bike/Treadmill Walk +Legs ST
Friday: 3 mile run
Saturday: Rest

3. I will drink 64+ oz of water each day!
