So I've always heard that it takes 21 days (3 weeks) to break a bad habit and create new ones. So I have made a promise to myself to commit 100% of these next three weeks (starting today) to change my life. I'm actually looking forward to the challenge. I mainly aim to cut out the mindless munching and the overeating. Also I'm committed to eating clean. I love the way it makes me feel. Today was a good day! I stayed within my calorie range, ate 90% clean and I'm feeling good! Looking forward to tomorrow!
