Cloudy, windy, snowy here, outside and in my head...
We still have a lot of snow, my car has been stuck twice in front of my house. It is now parked half a block away where it has been plowed and I wade through the crap in front of the house.
My tooth is acting up again, so I'm on antibiotic.
Tuesday while I was cleaning my glasses, the frame snapped in two across the bridge. It took me about 3 hours to find an old pair. Distance vision is fine, I have to take them off for close up. Super glue doesn't work on plastic glasses frames so I turned to the old farmer standby -- JB Weld. Right now the mend is about cured enough to wear. It looks like crap, but at this stage I don't care. (It actually doesn't even look that bad...)
Last week's goals --
Track food -- failed miserably on this - so much of what i eat isn't in the database like soups and other dishes where I just add stuff until I think it's done.
Eat within calorie ranges -- I did fairly well on this.
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week -- Actually got this - Walked w Leslie twice, shoveled my car out twice.
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times -- Did core 4 times, upper, once.
64 oz of water, not just fluids -- Got this every day.
Blog at least once a week -- Here it is.
Next week -- the same until I get them all
