I can walk!

When I started my diet program two weeks ago yesterday, I couldn't walk for more than a couple minutes without my lower back putting me in excruciating pain.
Yesterday, I went shopping with my kids. The Sam's Club I was going to was no longer there, but replaced with a Garden Ridge. Oh, how I love Garden Ridge. Anyway, my kids and I walked that place from one corner to the next, examining every knick knack, every painting,candle holder, piece of furniture and flower pot. I had a blast. I even worked up a sweat- a fact I found to be a little odd at the time. When we left, I figured only an hour or so had passed in the store. I was wrong. I had been walking around that store for three and a half hours! Not only that... my back didn't hurt at all!
I couldn't believe the time. ...and I couldn't believe how good I felt.

I'm really excited about this! I can't wait to weigh in the morning and see the progress I've made this past week. WooHoo!!
