Day 11/12

Well, as you can see I didn't blog yesterday (Day 11). Little Karla slept over and she kept me busy. Very active, sweet little girl. Luckily her aunt supplied me with coloring books and some toys. She loved the "Polly Pocket" we picked up at the supermarket. She loved changing her clothes... within 3 hours, she changed her outfit 4 times! Luckily she only had a few outfits! lol... My son helped out by playing board games with her. That was very helpful and she enjoyed it!

Today, Day 12... haven't weigh-in yet but it's probably still 140. Plan to do the treadmill in a bit. I found myself eating chips (40% reduced fat) last night. I was craving salty I guess. However, my body still feels achy. Could I have "awaken" some muscles and that is why they still feel sore? Have a great day!
Can't wait for it to get warm again. The weather seems to affect my mood!
