BLC Week 3

This week I started out dragging my feet, just to tired to exercise.
I also had a little trouble staying in my calorie range a couple of days, for some reason I felt a little hungrier than usual.
I did my best to not allow the hunger to turn into a binge and managed to only eat an extra 200-400 calories over my range. In the past, I know I could have consumed well over 1000 calories.
This week I also had to attend a funeral for a close family friends grandmother who passed away. This meant I had to go shopping for something to wear, since most of my clothes are to big for me now.
Shopping for funeral attire at the beginning of Spring is not an easy task, everything is so bright
. I managed to find a dress that worked but I needed something to help pull my tummy in a bit. I decided to try on some "shapewear" to improve my figure. Wow, and I mean Wow not in a good way. I got a full workout in the fitting room
, I worked up a sweat trying on what looked like bike shorts or leggings. It was like trying to put on a wetsuit.
The worst part is, they did absolutely nothing for my tummy or my back, I think I pulled a muscle or two trying to get one of them off.
After all that, I returned the dress I bought and found something at home (a little big) that worked. The best part, I received compliments on how good I looked from friends
I haven't seen in years.
