It's Been A Full Week

Saturday, March 26, 2011

It has been a long week. I've done pretty good though I haven't had time to track, I have to work on making that a priority, even if it's right before bed.
I didn't get much exercise in, about 304 calories burned a day, I ate well though DD insisted on making cupcakes for everyone. She is such a good baker when it comes from a box, I need to set time aside to teach her to use recipes - I know I have some low calorie ones in the binder.
Spent the week dealing with some parent council things at the school as well as getting ready for my show on Sunday. It's in Kitchener which is 3 hours away so my sister is coming to help and we're making a weekend of it. This is something we have never done, so I'm really looking forward to getting to spend time with her. I then decided I didn't have enough to do and went space hunting this week in search for a space for my business. So far, nothing but I know the space is out there I just have to be patient. We topped off the week by going to the gym last night at the school. An hour and a half of ball hockey. I did a lot of running and even scored. Then the payment hit after I sat for an hour..lol. I was and still am sore! I'm so sore that I'm up at 4:30 in the morning aching all over. Good thing though, no inhaler needed while we played! And my Spibelt came in. It will hold everything while I'm out walking/running but it worked well for last night to hold my phone and inhaler. It's very comfortable and I even forgot I was wearing it. I'm looking forward to trying it at the show on Sunday.
I better get my morning going. I still have to finish packing and load the car to be out of here by 10.
Have a great weekend everyone!
