Grocery Shopping~ Week #1

After tracking my food intake & exercising for a couple of days, I've had the success of losing a couple of pounds. Finally, I located the SP meal plans & printed out the menus plus a shopping list. In a few hours, I'm heading to Trader Joe's to shop. Strangely, the list is pretty much what I eat anyway, so I'm guessing that portion control & exercise will be the key (hmmm...how can I be surprised by that?!). Onward...
