getting back on track to a healthier slimmer me

Well things have slid of late for me and I have managed to gain a large amount of weight (3.9 kilo - mostly gained on holiday in India). So it is now time to get back to taking care of myself.
I will continue with my mini Goals - cutting out the caffiene - reducing carbs - building back up the amount of exercise I do each day. And learning balance... something I find difficult.
I will also be returning to the practice of weighing and entering EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth. I use to do this at the start of the day so I knew exactly what I could eat for the day and it really made a huge difference.
I am also in the process of reading "A course in weight loss" by Marianne Williamson. This book is 21 Spiritual lessons for surrendering your weight forever. Basically it is to help me to change my way of thinking which will help me to loss this weight and to keep it off. Which brings me to my latest mini goal "forgive what is in the past and learn to love the person I am"
