The Spark - chapter 6 , fast break goals

Just finished Chapter 6, The Spark. This is all about setting Fast Break Goals, starting out small, with one each in Nutrition, fitness and motivation. Once these are ingrained into our daily routines then we can build upon them to make them more difficult or to increase the impact. So, I am going to start by getting my fast break goals written down here and update them as needed.
Nutritional goal 1 - Eat a healthy breakfast that is high in fiber and protein, include fruit. TRACK meal.
Fitness goal 1 - Exercise for ten minutes. TRACK minutes.
Motivational goal 1 - Post a message on Spark People's message boards.
These goals should be done a minimum of 5 days a week. So, lets work on my new momentum and see if I can keep these simple, but effective, Fast Break goals working for me!
