Didn't go as planned

Well yesterday I slipped and went over my calorie range a little not by much but I am trying herd to stay on the lower end. Alyson wanted cookie brownie bars so we made them together and that is what put me over. Anyways today is another day and I am still feeling good and I have stayed on track so far. I really have to exercise I have missed every workout this week for one reason or another. Mostly Megan waking up right when it is time for me to workout. That puts a halt to everything unless I hold her the entire time which she doesn't seem to mind it just makes my back hurt. lol Anyways I think I am going to have to start excercising when she goes to sleep at night. Alyson won't like it but she can watch The tv in my room for a little while or she can exercise with me. Anyways that is all I have for right now.

    You are doing so well. Do worry if you slip a little now and then overall you are doing great. I need to catch up with you!!! I need to get the kids to exercise with me so I can get my workouts in again.
