Life is GOOD!
Today, I will celebrate that I made it past mid week--and do cardio, wt training,
and stay on track with the calories and water. I am focused for another day. Positive results will come.
I am practicing being my goal weight....haven't been that weight for a while.
hmmmm. I remember feeling just gorgeous.... I think I am going to feel gorgeous today! :)
