I have a lot of flaws physically since I am overweight, but I've decided the one that is embarassing me the most right at the very moment is my cankles. I have short stubby legs as it is, and very large calves, to have them run straight into my feet with no definition is not attractive.

I want ankles, and I am willing to work for them.

By he way, I am hungry today a lot, even though I am eating my alotted calories and eating very healthy choices. It's a usual day 2 battle (and I have had a gazillion day 2's-so I know), so I am using my cankles as a reminder as to why I am doing this.

I can so relate, so I had to smile too! We all have our "problem" area(s) that we want to focus on-- mine is my bat-wings!! I hate the flabby area under my arms. It jiggles and shakes...I really think I could glide off the top of a building with them! For the most part, I don't think anyone else even notices them, but to me they scream look at her fat arms! I don't like wearing short-sleeved shirts because of them. Sometimes a shirt will fit me everywhere else, but it will be tight on my arms. Thank God for stretchy material!
I'm sure that as we continue our exercising and eating right-- yep, I know that's what it's going to take-- that these problem areas will get better!

I'm all for laughing, I read a post about a "front butt" and I couldn't help but laugh...

I don't expect losing weight will ever change the basic stubbiness of my body, but I will be happy with smaller cankles. emoticon

Okay, so I don't mean to offend you, but this made me laugh. I have cankles too. My husband and I were just joking that no matter how much I lose, I'm always going to have my cankles!! The good news is, smaller cankles are prettier than larger cankles... so as they shrink (as I lose weight), they do look better (but they are still cankles)!!
