hi first i do love my family a lot but some times they can be a big pain lol lol lol first off i have out of town family staying at my house witch is nice but i feel bad if i leave to go to the gym but we do go for walks but not long ones due to the fact that my family guest has bad knees and hips and then my mom likes to cook big fatty greasy meals. i have told her that the whole family should start eating healthy meals. well that me summing up my week so far
i don't know how this week is going to play on my goals i just hope i can make up for it.
the few things i am doing so i stay active during the week is walking my child to and from school she says we live to far to walk ( i can see the school from were we live maybe 2 blocks away)
instead of me putting my child toys in a box and take them upstairs to her room i take a few trips so i can use the stairs to work my legs ( she thinks it is magic that the toys ends up in her room when they were down stairs in the morning)
and after school when me and my child is watching a few shows on tv any time music comes on me and my child gets up and dances
