oh well, missed my workout today

when i got to the gym tonight i found that i had left my gym bag at home. i left home with the wrong bags. being half organized is such a pain! oh well. my back was feeling pretty tight all day, so maybe the rest will be good. came home & ate a nice big bowl of raisin bran w/bananas.

on the plus side, i timed my drive from class to the yoga studio & i've got a good chance of making it to a workout on thursdays. my plan is to bring two gym bags - one with yoga clothes and one with gym clothes. planning ahead! and i'm putting the gym bags by the front door tonight!
