Week 5, Day 28; Weigh-in and other

155 boo. I didn't record that. I'm suffering from uhh TOM mostly with a side of grr.

I woke up bright and early today. I enjoyed a ST workout this morning. Was feeling great and even had enough time to make a healthy egg white omelet with peppers and onions with a side of fresh raspberries for breakfast. Topped it off with a cheese stick and coffee when I got to work. Lots of water.

Last night I got in a mile walk while picking up some groceries (lots of fresh veggies and fruit).

I've been rather frustrated lately with not taking the time to take care of my myself all properly. I am both surprised and delighted that I managed to get up when D did, and then to actually STAY up and exercise and eat when I could have snoozed for 2 more hours.

Maybe I am becoming a "grown-up".

Probably not. emoticon

    Don't let this discourage you. Weight fluctuates and sometime the scale takes a while to catch up to how well we are doing.
