Heyyyy everyonee.

Long time no talk. lol

WELLL my life is crazy right now with school and work!
i havnt been to the gym in about 2 weeks. School has officially taken over and
guess what else...

LAZINESS. I am so tired from school and work i have become lazy. AHH.

But i need to pass school so i feel like that is a bigger priority over losing weight so
everyone.. i'm still trying for march goal which is get to 183 and stay there.

I hope you are all doing well and that God is blessing you everyday!

    I can relate to the school thing (granted I have not been in school for a while). I used to work two jobs and went to college full-time. It was very stressful. In hindsight though, I didn't take very care good care of myself, hence the weight gain. I know you are super busy but I think if you fit in a 30 minute workout (and that can even just be a walk) you will find that it positively benefits you, and not just physically. It will also mentally boost you which will turn into better clarity when it comes time to studying. It will also keep you positive and maybe help you to make better food choices. You are worth the effort.
