A recipe I wanted to share for Pork Tenderloin (or porkchops)

This incredibly simple and easy recipe printed off the register tape at my local Stop and Shop this week. I tried it last night and it was soooo yummy! I don't know the nutritional breakdown but with the few ingredients in it, it's not bad for you!
This serves 8 people
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground thyme 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 pork tenderloins (about 1lb each) 1 cup peach or apricot preserves
Preheat oven to 375.
*Mix seasoned salt and thyme together and rub over pork. Place pork on rack in foil lined roasting pan and cook for 40-45 minutes or until desired doneness.
*Mix preserves, ginger and Worcestershire sauce together and spoon over pork during the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Slice the pork and service with pan juices.
You can use bone in or boneless pork tenderloin chops as well. I think next time I'm going to marinate the pork in the preserve sauce and make enough to spoon over after it's done cooking.
You might also try grilling the tenderloin for 25-30 minutes instead of baking
