Well I might as well fess up. I have been floundering lately. I got busy again and delayed documenting my food intake and loosened up in what I was eating a little bit. The result is a minor weight gain of 2 pounds. I made a commitment to myself that I was not going back to the depths of obesity again in the beginning of my Spark journey. I picked two highly effective habits that I would not drop. They were to document my eating and to drink my water....well guess what...in the last few weeks I have put off documenting my eating almost every day. I am so aware that this could be the beginning of the end that I am going to force myself to write what I eat until it becomes second nature again. I am going to push push push in order to get myself back on track. If you are a praying person please add me to your prayer list. Thank you for all your support.
