Weigh-In -- 20Mar11

Up a pound -- not surprised, poor eating, little exercise (one day)...

Didn't do well with my tracking -- did two days.

Drank lots of water.

Did get a blog in, even though it was mid-week.

The weather has been warming, we still have lots of snow and now lots of mud puddles...

Next week -- the same until I get them all

Track food
Eat within calorie ranges
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week.
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times.
64 oz of water, not just fluids
Blog at least once a week

    I have not lost weight in weeks. However, now that spring is somewhat here, I think we can all recharge our batteries and get outside and focus! At least that is what I'm going to do!

    Weigh In days are the pits. I didn’t see any change today for my weigh-In either. Hopefully this Montana weather is going to clear up soon and we are going to get some warm sunny days that will not only warm our hearts but activate the motion button in us. Hang tough we are going to get there, for even slow is better than not at all….
