Up a pound -- not surprised, poor eating, little exercise (one day)...
Didn't do well with my tracking -- did two days.
Drank lots of water.
Did get a blog in, even though it was mid-week.
The weather has been warming, we still have lots of snow and now lots of mud puddles...
Next week -- the same until I get them all
Eat within calorie ranges
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week.
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times.
64 oz of water, not just fluids
Blog at least once a week
Have a good week.
