2nd Week of BLC is really my 1st Week

Wow I forgot how hard you had to work for these challenges...but I'm really, really glad that I'm back with it. Appeals to my competitive sidee...and it really has helped me to get myself focused!

Luved the recommendation about doing a set of ST exercise everytime you go to the bathroom...since I drink a ton of water a day...I'm getting in aloooootttt of extra exercise!!!! Guess you have to do what you have to do...when you make this journey a success.
