Hi there this nice and early (early enough that I should have been sound asleep and the birds weren't even up) I was thinking Ok I have 10 kilos left to get to my goal weight I want to achieve, what can I do that Im doing now but add to start focusing on toning the looseness of my skin and eat that's enjoyable and different to my usual.
So I would love my SP friends to share
* one or more activities ( exercises ) they enjoy doing and found it works, if it works a certain area also let me know ...
* your favorite food or and drink ( shake, snack, fruit, veg, meal, recipe ) I'm quite boring when it comes to this area and seem not to change my habits or try new things in fear of waste or dislike, I'm sure being a extreme tight budget shouldn't allow me to be boring! So let me know what you enjoy maybe you have something nice for breaky or it's a energy snack or family fav doesn't matter!
