Today i got up earlier then i would normally get up. This way here i can have a nice healthy breakfast. Do house work and get a work out into my day and plan and pack a snack and a meal for work so that this way here i can't say, well i don't have time to pack a healthy meal. i might wait till after my nap to do my workout because it might give me to much energy so it might make it hard for me to be able to sleep for a bit before work. I am also thinking about bring in a poster to put up on the wall to help me remember my goals i have set of my self and maybe it might help others set and reach their goals.
