CLX - Burn Circuit 2 Week 2 and I'm Resisting Cardio Workouts

Hello all, just a quick check in.
The first thing I have to say is that I am being SUPER RESISTANT to doing any cardio or workouts beyond the ST component of CLX. And it's really showing up in my results (or lack thereof!) I did some walking and biking yesterday, and I added a TJ workout on Wednesday, so I am starting to move out of the resistance phase, but MAN I am my own worst enemy!
Anyway, here is the numbers for BC2 this week:
Sumo Squat with Bicep Curl - 12.5 lbs. - 12 reps
Lunge with One Arm Tricep Extension - 7.5 lbs. - 10 reps
Dead Lift Row - 10 lbs. - 12 reps
Sumo Squat with Overhead Tricep Extension - 12.5 lbs. - 12 reps
Dead Lift with Double Row - 10 lbs. - 12 reps
Bicep Curls with Abductor Balance - 12.5 lbs. - 11 reps
Forward Lean Lunge with Double Row - 10 lbs. - 12+3 reps
Triple-Threat Pushups - 14k + 3 tr k
If you haven't noticed, I don't do the 6th exercise, bowler's lunge. It kills my knees and is not worth the pain. I will do the row portion sometimes, but my knees have made it clear: No Bowler's Lunges.
Okay, I am absolutely DRIPPING with sweat, but I am feeling reaaaaaallly good about that workout. Ready for the rest of the day!
